Neighbourhood is an application which scans the Internet automatically for people who are currently logged on and who are living in the same area as you! It can find as many as 200 over people (unless you live in a small town with a population of about 20 :), and it gives you an option to chat with whomever you like. It's like a crossbreed between IRC and ICQ. You don't have to know who the other guy/gal is before you can chat with him/her.
